The day after Thanksgiving we began our First grade "My Father's World" curriculum that Grampa John got for us. Now Avery is reading
me books. We went to Pizza Hut last night to eat his second BookIt reward pizza.
We made turkeys and scarecrows for Thanksgiving...and in the spirit of still being stuck on Nintendo, he had to make the turkeys look like Mario and Luigi...notice the red beret and the red M cape around the turkey's neck? Oh...well...
Another cooking lesson, he made omelets and we didn't even get egg splattered all over the kitchen!

Wow...Congrats on starting first grade, Avery!!! On book-it too! On Friday maybe you'll get to read a story to Kylee and Austin~they would love that!
